Mother Computers

Girlfriend bought a pre built pc from elsewhere and as you could guess they saved every penny they could by keeping extra parts. When we went to add a second M.2 SSD I noticed the tiny screw was missing from the motherboard to hold it down. Went into Mothers Computers, assuming they would have some. Needless to say they got me in and out in no time and definitely saved me a couple bucks! Thank you guys for your support and great service! Will definitely be back for future inquiries!

Avoid them. They are untrustworthy and will try to take advantage of you and overcharge you if and when they can. Complete rip off artists that cost me an insurance claim on a defective computer. I was told by the insurance company to take my computer to a professional to get it assessed and get a quote for the work needing to be done, then it would be getting paid for. When I came to pick up the computer, rip off con artists at Mother's Computers said they so-called fixed what was wrong with the computer and tried handing me an $80 charge . When I made it very clear it was only supposed to be a quote. Now the camera doesn't work. And it was only an update of Windows apparently that was needed ,and they try to overcharge me and even charge me for nothing...none of that should have been done. The work was supposed to be approved first, and then the computer wasn't even fixed when these idiots claim they did the work to fix the computer. Which never should have been done in the first place!

Bought a new computer from "Mother". Being of the advanced age of computer ignorance, I found myself befuddled by the maze of wires cables and HDMIs. One call for a rescue, resulted with the owner attending my house(who makes house calls nowdays? and getting me up and running. Nothing but good things to say of Mother Computers, highly recommended

Had a great experiance the other day, went to Mother's to look for a new laptop they recommended one to fit my needs and budget ,a real sweet machine,they loaded all my information and apps . They made sure every was what I needed and wanted before I left the store, they really went out of there way to make me happy. Thanks to Tammy and her staff, you guys are great, will deffinetly be coming back if I need anything else.

I am very pleased with service I received at Mother Computers. They have a fantastic team of kind and knowledgeable staff. After working on a laptop for years and most recently a Mac Book Air, I was feeling pretty lost when it came to switching back to a desktop and a PC, so I was very grateful the staff at Mother computer's made process as painless as possible. Tammy who I dealt with the most did a fantastic job at walking me through every thing and ensuring that I got what I was looking for in a computer, at a price that I could afford. I never once felt pressured or rushed by her, or like she was trying to up sell me or sell me anything I didn't want. I was in fact very impressed with her honesty and integrity. Also her patience in helping walk me to walk me through setting my new computer up was fantastic. Furthermore the computer it's self turned out great and will provide my with countless years of entertainment. I am very proud of my new set up and so thankful to Mother Computers. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the market for a New computer, who is looking for a tune up or looking into any of the other services/products they provide. I am once very happy customer.
